 Club Name: Medha & Monon Moncho (MMM)

Club Mission: Medha & Monon Moncho (MMM) is a vibrant cocurricular and educational club based at the Shailkupa Public Library, dedicated to fostering learning, creativity, and community engagement. Our primary goal is to develop essential skills among students—including debating, quizzing, Olympiads, project management, and event coordination. Through these activities, we aim to build confidence, enhance proficiency, and cultivate leadership qualities that extend far beyond the classroom.

MMM provides a platform where members can engage in diverse activities, collaborate on innovative projects, and participate in both national and  competitions. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where members can explore their interests, develop their talents, and make lasting connections. Together, we inspire a love for learning, encourage curiosity, and empower our members to reach their full potential.

Departments and Roles:

1. Debate Department

   • Vice President: Leads debate-related activities and training.

   • General Secretary: Coordinates debate events and engages participants.

2. Quiz Department

   • Vice President: Organizes quiz competitions and related activities.

   • General Secretary: Prepares questions, manages events, and oversees participant engagement.

3. Olympiad Department

   • Vice President: Manages Olympiad-related activities and training.

   • General Secretary: Organizes events and supports participants.

4. Wall Magazine Department

   • Vice President: Oversees the creation of the club’s wall magazine or newsletter.

   • General Secretary: Collects, edits, and coordinates content for publication.

5. Event Management Department

   • Vice President: Leads the planning and execution of club events.

   • General Secretary: Manages event promotion and social media presence.

6. Project Department

   • Vice President: Develops project ideas and leads project execution.

   • General Secretary: Assists in content gathering, editing, and project management.

Regular Activities:

• Workshops and competitions on debating, quizzing, Olympiads, and event management.

• Content submissions and publications for the wall magazine.

• Club representation in a variety of competitions.

• Regular meetings and workshops for skill development.

Specialized Teams:

• Math and Physics Olympiads: Engages members in complex problem-solving within the sciences.

• IT and Project Management: For tech enthusiasts interested in coding, project management, and IT skills.

• Event Management Team: Builds communication and leadership skills through hands-on event organization.

• Debate Team: Enhances critical thinking, public speaking, and persuasive skills.

• Quiz Team: Prepares members for competitive trivia and academic knowledge challenges.

• Executive Team: Ensures smooth operations, strategic planning, and member support across all activities.

Annual Highlight: Each year, MMM will celebrate an “Education Week,” showcasing students’ talents across educational institutions, selecting and recognizing the top performers.
