Sadia Sultana is a passionate leader, lifelong learner, and youth mentor who currently serves as a junior adviser of Medha & Monon Moncho. The organization works closely with school and college students to inspire critical thinking, creativity, and confidence. After successfully completing her tenure as President, she continues her journey with the organization in  a chief executive role, contributing her experience and vision to empower young minds. She earned her Honours and Master’s degrees in Economics with distinction from Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur while actively engaging in debate, writing, and extra-curricular activities. She also gained real-world experience by working in three private-sector jobs, helping her bridge academic knowledge with practical skills. A dedicated debater, Sadia represented her university at the national level multiple times, where she developed strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Writing and intellectual discussions remain an essential part of her personal and professional life.Known for her energetic, cheerful, and people-loving nature, she believes learning should be joyful and empowering. She loves traveling, exploring new food, and connecting with diverse cultures.
